Environmental Health Visit
Today had our annual inspection from Environmental Health. These are always surprise visits but he was welcomed in with open arms and taken to the kitchen.
As expected he reiterated how amazing Jenny is doing, how clean the kitchen was and how much information Jenny knew!
We once again scored a 5 🌟
My hat goes off to Jenny who always manages to stay calm and collected when dealing with the daily numbers, adhering to dietary requirements and individual needs whilst keeping kitchen cleanliness and knowledge up to date!
